nope.

The problem is with my GPU, not with my "old PC".

no it's not, emulation is primarily cpu dependent. gpu is in addition to the cpu. You're clearly one of these people who think a 10 year old 3ghz cpu is the same as a new 3ghz cpu - it's not and never will be.
Whatever your issues are with upgrading it's something you will have to do, fairly modern parts can be had for next to nothing if you don't mind getting a generation or two old.

Cemu is weird, it's actually a lot more GPU-dependent than traditional emulators

someone managed to pass this part in pikmin 3,because I do not!

I've just noticed one thing: if I change my graphic card frequency with MSI Afterburner to half of the nominal frequency, FPS don't change at all! In my case this means going from 850Mhz GPU/1200Mhz MEM to 425/600. FPS stays the same... If I overclock the card FPS don't change either.
The card is a Radeon HD 5770.

Open taskmanager and see what CPU load is at, you may be bottlenecking

If i donated 5$ to @Exzap every time someone asked for Cemu to use vulkan, Exzap would be A millionaire. Can we give the guy a rest and stop asking for vulkan? If exzap wants to implement it, he will. Im still waiting on the ability to put the gamepad screen on a seperate screen, but that never happened yet so..... the chances of vulkan being added are slim to none. Its only if exzap himself wants to add it. Begging for it will not make it come faster.

Yes showing of my toaster.

Vulkan support is the best thing can be implemented on this Emulator specially for AMD GPUs. I dont mind waiting a month or 2.
opengl sould run well for you, why are you asking for vulkan?

Really? So how long do you think then - a few days maybe?...

Exzap and other said before that it WOULD take months for Cemu. Go see how long it took Xenia and rcpx3 to convert as well. ;)
Ya sure? this is an emulator not a game. they would have to write it from scratch as there is most likely no common video backend like dolphin. it aint easier or harder.

So whats the problem of waiting a lil? Remember when GateWay3DS was still relevant and Gateway made people wait months and almost a year for a simple update with very few changes? Vulkan support will be big for CEMU cuz the way it work. So let the Devs take their time and dont rush them.
