Try again with the proper icons link here.
Once again, remember to install the VPKs first (Recommend removing all the previous RA cores via CMA beforehand), and THEN FTP the icons from the pack to uR0:appmeta/, NOT uX0:appmeta/ (uR0: has no "app/" or "addcont/" folders, in case you need to know).
If you use a client such as WinSCP and get warned about overwriting folders, you're doing it right.
Restart to view changes (Because the Vita has to re-cache the icons).
uR0:appmeta/ was the key! Thanks, every guide and comment i have read before pointed to uX0:app/

The only problem left would be how to re-zip the VPK, to inject the icons and backgrounds right from the start.

I'm not really sure how much clearer I can make it.

Honestly, I'm not really sure how much clearer I can make it.
Either way, um... no problem, niuus. Glad you have it working.
LOL. Don't feel bad or take it personal, i wasn't talking about your comments (i just omitted them), i was talking about other pages like Wololo, which pointed to uX0:app/, as i stated before.

Once the zipped VPK works for me, i am all set. Cheers =D

Is Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike playable on FBA vpk??

Not yet I'm afraid. Well, technically it is but only if you like it at ~20fps. Mind you I'm a couple of days behind the nightlies, but I don't think there's been a jump in CPS3 performance the past couple of days.

Ok. Hope to see this on vita at playable speed soon. I think that its the better Street Fighter of all time.

I'm partial to a bit of SF III myself, still crap at it, but hey, can't be awesome at everything :D

Would be good to get full speed on Vita at some point but in the meantime there's plenty of other (non handheld) ways to scratch that itch.

Games are getting huge nowdays, like 125gb a game (4k games anyways). I feel sorry for players that only have a 512gb hd. (Series S)

I wonder if that was the point of game streaming

    But it's a dead end
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@Psionic Roshambo, people who cant download it can still play the game
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.

Did you feed the hamster in your internet router? It prob died and is running slow now.

@BigOnYa, why did you start saying my pc has a hamster in the first place?

I think Game streaming should work like this.... Local Hardware able the run the game fine, game engine and common assets stored locally, all FMV and music and textures could be streaming

also @BigOnYa im making some progress on my gdevelop project, implemented various mechanics

They went all in on streaming, should have been more of a hybrid approach

Or free government supplied high speed internet be nice also. Like Obama care. Xdqwerty that's cool, its time consuming but rewarding once done or playable, to see what you've made from scratch. Animations take forever, but worth it.

@BigOnYa, although the bullets are a bit buggy

    @BigOnYa,
and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect
Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty: i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should...
