well, I don't know what you did, but you shouldn't have used sysUpdater. it doesn't have any safety checks. what guide told you to?

sorry to say but your console is probably dead. in the future, use https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki for downgrading and setting up custom firmware.

if it doesn't turn on without SD card, and you can't use recovery mode, it's probably dead

I hope I am in the right section, so I am trying to mod a friend's old 3ds, it's been updated to current firmware 11.0.0-33u. He want to use bigger storage but only has a micro SD card. My question is with a SD card adapter is it possible to use the adapter with the micro SD instead of a normal SD card?

Use one that doesn't install to the nand, rather the sd.

I just followed this guide. and when I installed config.cia i am getting an error. So i decided to make one out of sdk-2.3.4.

1. Download the bbb-devkittools rar file and 3ds to cia tool
2. extract both files
3. Navigate to \bbb-devkittools\SDK-2.3.4
4. Take the Config.csu file and move it to \3DS Simple CIA Converter v4.3\roms
5. Change the extention of Config.csu to Config.3ds
6. run 3ds_simple_cia and click convert 3DS ROM to CIA
7. Select the roms file
8. Navigate to \3DS Simple CIA Converter v4.3\cia
9. Move Config.cia to your 3ds sd card
10. Install with FBI
11. Open the Config application on your home menu
12. click on Eula Setting
13. change the agree version to ff.ff (click down on the dpad it's faster)

After this you should be good to play your games online. I have tested this on MH4U and Smash 4 (Both are USA CIA files)

If it can't boot without sd card or recovery mode, the only use of it now is a decoration or paperweight.

Yes, you can still use the adapter when modding.

So i wanted to download the new Ace Attorney demo today but i couldn't download it while in sleep mode.
The system keep telling me to update the 3DS (i'm on 11.0.0-33).
I can download straight from eshop just fine.
Can anyone help me?

the cable is not used for transferring games, it's for updating the firmware.
