Is there any way to remove that "press b to continue"?

I'd use @Apache Thunder's NTR_Launcher, but then it'd load any cart besides the DSTWO. The loader that says "press b to continue" only loads the DSTWO, and no other cart.

Is that "NTR_Launcher" in _dstwofwd folder at 3ds's sdcard? Which of the two .nds would be? Or it's in any single CIA injected?

I have a R4 SDHC Dual-Core and can't get Pokemon BW and B2W2 to work because of AP freezes. I saw that the DSTT was the recommended flashcart since it has better DSi-enhanced capabilities. Will those games work with a DSTT?

Since I'm not getting any reports of AP freezes on DSTT, I guess so.

What is the name of the .DAT file the Gateway Blue Card loads when it's launched? _DS_MENU.DAT, or _DSMENU.DAT?
And is the Acekard 2(i) the same as Ace3DS?

I've just done it. But it's worse. It freezes when I have to press B to continue. With every game.

Try launching the card directly. It may not be inserted correctly.

You were right. Card was not inserted properly, but still white screen after deleting the doubleARM9speed file

No, any ROM size will work. Pokemon B/W 2 works just fine, and they're 512MB untrimmed.
