Hacking CFW Problems

but again, i cant install cia files, just tried to install the new fbi via the old fbi and i get the same error i mentioned before

Go to system setting go to data management then 3ds then select ur SD tell me if it says its making data management files!

when i goto data management i get another 3 options to select , nintendo 3ds, dsiware and street pass management.

i click in nintendo 3ds and software title list and everything is in there inc ciangel but all it says is "delete" when i select them, no where does it say making data management files

Ok now try to go to FBI and install the latest FBI!

It sounds like he's going to have to try injecting the new FBI version into Health & Safety if anything.

Check Section II - Injecting FBI. I'm not sure how he's supposed to do this if he doesn't still have the original hs.app though if someone else can chime in.

no i dont think so , i just hold down on the d-pad and press power to load the custom FW and then i see no homebrew icon on my home screen, my home screen is exactly the same as OFW except it has FBI where the information/health and safety icon is.

i have the original 4gb SD card that came with the 3ds that has all the original nand etc on it , no idea what to do with it though

Try holding right trigger then power on

Now try holding left trigger then p on
