He does not have a9lh. Or a weird one because there is no arm9loaderhax.bin on the SD card. Well, could be a "no SD card" one but then why the Luma3DS.dat?
Then why did his seller say he had A9LH when he doesn't? Menuhax =/= A9LH, seller. That's false advertising, isn't it?

This, or maybe it's really a "no SD card" one, and the Luma files are just remnants of the guide...

If nothing work, I would suggest you to format your sd card and your system, then try to follow the guide...
Indeed, getting back to a fresh menuhax+Luma setup should theoretically go pretty fast, but he would still have to succeed with browserhax at least one time.

It's possible this is just a bad SD card.

i just noticed that the 4gb card boots to the homebrew screen :) not to sure what to do though , at the min i am formatting a new sd card using Emunand9 and copying everything over to see if it is a dodgy sd card

You can't install CIAs from the Homebrew Launcher, iirc. You need an actual CIA installer in your emuNAND or sysNAND.

You can, but the way he is doing it, they are installing to sysNAND which is why they aren't showing up since there are no privileges there unless sysNAND is booted with Pasta or another CFW.

If he were to make a new emuNAND now, those CIA installers would show up without having to inject FBI to H&S.

this is what i have done, but like i said, it always boots in homebrew channel and i cant see the cia files i installed :

To clone the card
1) On your old SD, boot up Homebrew Launcher and open Emunand9 (From sysnand not emuNAND)
2) Go to "Emunand Manager Options", then choose "backup emunand to file". Choose a file name by pressing up or down on the Dpad, choose "emuNAND.bin" for the file name.
3) Once that's done, press B until you get to the main menu, go to "SD Format Options", then choose "Format SD (Emunand minisize)"
4) It will give you the option to switch SD cards before doing the reformat. Put in the new SD card that you plan to use with the 3DS.
5) Once that's done (Should take a second), press B to go back then press select to unmount the SD card. go to your pc and copy everything from the old card to the new card,
including emuNAND.bin. Be sure to place the emuNAND.bin file in the "Emunand9" folder on the root of your SD. This is where Emunand9 searches for emuNAND backups.
6) Put the new card back into your 3ds, go to "Emunand Manager Options" then choose "Restore file to RedNAND". Choose "EmuNAND.bin" and it will restore emuNAND.

Anything related to the Homebrew Launcher is booted through sysNAND. That's why you're not seeing it. You need to install a CFW like Pasta in order to see the CIAs you installed. This was literally said in the post above yours.

I think we are kind of going in circles here and not all on the same page. It sounds like your menuhax is autobooting you into homebrew launcher each time?

Short of someone willing to Skype or live chat in some way or starting the hack completely over from scratch, this may be very difficult to resolve unless we get some experts in here. The entire Plailect A9LH guide probably could have been performed during the amount of time cumulatively contributed to this thread.

After launch Luma via HBL opne the HBL again e try instal your CIAS, this should instal in the custom fw, not in the System fw...

Just follow Section II of Part 4 of Plailect's guide to inject FBI into your emuNAND's Health&Safety app. Don't use NASA. To get into the Homebrew Launcher after booting into Luma, Google search the Homebrew Launcher Loader.

1 last question seeing as you guys know way more than me , the state my 3ds is in right now , at which point of Plailect's guide do i start at to get it fully working again ?? i mean i dont have to do the downgrading to FW 2.1.0 and the whole rednand thing right ?

Considering this morning i was able to boot directly to Luma and see all the icons on the home screen like CIAngel , free store etc , i must be really close
