its illegal to post that here, go to that on cia site and it might be there, also does N3DS differ from o3ds when it comes to browser i have 2DS Firm 11.0 old browser on a9lh. if you have a9lh you can update ur console sysnand by either holding L+UP+A+R (IIRC) and update or update from setting. i reccomend first one
So I tried to install menu hax and it did not work. Did I messed up the downgrade? The dgtool folder in my sd card has 11.0 bin. Am I supposed to erase it and just keep the 10.4 bin only?

I did not have a theme on. I had no theme first, switch to a blue theme, and then switched back to no themedid u have a theme active? if u initialized browser save data, retry the QR code
MAKE SURE YOU USE MENUHAX AFTER READING BELOW
- Copy the contents of the starter folder in starter.zip to the root of your SD card, then put the SD card back into your 3DS
- Open the theme menu, change your theme to any other theme, then switch back. This will initialize the theme data and is required if you use this step you have to use themehax not menuhax the start of the guide seems odd
- Launch the Settings application
- Change the date to January 1, 2000
- Change the time to 00:00
- Launch the browser, then open the browser settings as fast as possible
- Scroll to the bottom and Initialize Savedata (it also may be called Clear All Save Data) as fast as possible
- Navigate to http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax_auto.php or scan the QR code on your 3DS (if you get a slider, zoom all the way in on it, then tap the very right edge of it; this can take quite a few tries)
if its brand new unopened it wont be latest and will most likely be vulnerable, ask the seller
you have theme data on ur SD, copy the Nintendo 3DS folder to ur desktop or a safe place then delete it from SD card

No, got the same "unable to load video". It probably doesnt work because the console says im in version 11.0 even after doing the software downgrade. I don't know if I did the downgrade right. It says this.

Do I need menuhax to do the 9.2 downgrade or can I just use oot3dhax as my entrypoint?
normally it is. lol. ty. ive been using sliderhax. but now its another issue. we cant seem to get the alterated save file of the pokemon x game to show any pokemon that we altered and made. we of course did set them and saved like we were supposed to but its not wanting to work for some reason. maybe someoe here can help shed some light on that pkhex. my friends 3ds is old downgraded to 9.2 and it's been annoying to get this to work.Just repeat the steps for browser hax and install the menuhax again. Don't change the theme this time
