Trust me, i've disabled both. I've spend hours of my life looking up this stuff, and I can say with absolute certainty i have taken all possible steps to try and resolve this..........and no, i'm not confusing IP-addresses, whatever that means.......i also used a port scanner and i don't think that's the problem....Splathax uses 7331, right? The only thing i could imagine still being in your way would either be the ports used by splathax allready in use on your pc or you confusing IP-Adresses
I can reset my Wii U and laptop all i want, but i don't think my parents would be very pleased with me messing with their router....It means you actually confusing the IP-Adresses for both your WiiU and your PC xD

Yes the port is 7331, you said you set up static IP-Adresses, so that's the kind of stuff that can happen, just like setting a wrong subnet-mask or not having set up your gateway properly.
If you said you did all this correct, your console and PC are located in the same subnet aka connected to the same router, firewalls are disabled and no other network adapters installed on your system possibly interfere with your network, there is no possible thing left that could be wrong or not working. The last idea after that would just be restart your PC, WiiU and router all with at leqst 30 seconds of being off and finally re-setup your connections. If it doesnt work by then you DID mess up along the way.

So pack with SARCPack and put directly in cafiine root? I did this and game doesnt freeze but I think it isnt work (I edited params and set of weapons in content/Pack/Static/WeaponSet.byaml) and I think that all weapons were normalSarc files and pack files are the exact same thing

And the I saw that splatoon loads Static.pack so I rename Static.sarc to Static.pack but game freeze (I packed with SARCPack.exe)

Nintendo always schedules server maintenance ahead of time, and this one isn't even Splatoon specific, so most likely not.I just booted up Splatoon and got error code 101-0811, which is server maintenance.........they might be preparing for 10.1 soon
