You really could of just read the sticky posts' titles.

And don't worry, the latest firmware has a simple exploit.

I feel like we should make the stickies more obvious so posts like these won't be made, like give a warning at the top of the board (like the 3DS Homebrew Board and downgrading) saying to read the stickies before posting.

There's nothing else they can really do outside of making them have giant flashing letters with arrows and sirens.

If someone is going to ignore the name of a sticky that's on the screen when you load the page (especially when it has the words they're currently looking for in it) they're going to ignore any warning banner at the top. The only reason for the banner would be so they can lock the thread/ban the user for not reading them and then be able to point to that if they protest.

It's a never ending problem.

step 1: prepare memory card with needed tools and games
step 2: prepare hack server(easiest using android)
step 3: launch exploit through browser;
step 4: launch loadiine through browser.
this should keep you from getting lost.

Are you saying they shouldn't do that?

They could, would certainly draw attention to them.

The issue with stuff like this is the only requirement for a guide is to pay attention and they already failed that by missing the guide in the first place, luckily as it stands with Wii U hacking there's very little you can screw up that would cause any harm so it's not too bad at the moment.

Go look at the 3DS boards, there's a thread going right now of someone who's borked their N3DS from not paying attention, so it's probably best to be hesitant to help those who miss guides right there at the top of the page, more for the safety of their system than anything else, plus they just end up back here looking for help to fix it, which they may not pay attention to either.
