ZWW HD shadows still broken, vsync works great.
Someone test donkey kong for the love of miyamoto.
DK works, even though with a ridiculous artefact around donkey kong. Solid 55+ FPS for me. Intro Video looks super strange but afterwards everything works great.

Damn, was hoping char would be fixed by release time (video posted weeks ago). Not playable to me then. I'll wait until that issue is resolved.

Ok, here my early reports for MK8 and Cap. Toad:

MK8: Works well. Loading pretty fast now. Performance increased (the only slowdown (except for stutters) I've had before were in one place on Rainbow Road - not anymore). I don't see any shadows like some others do. But I also don't need to disable streamout (whatever that does) to not get any crashes (at least for now).

Cap. Toad: Also loading faster again. No more crashing when falling off ledges! Seems to work and look almost perfectly (which is amazing for an emu at this stage) :)

Misc.:
- Still issues with mapping XBoxOne Controller (workaround still works, though)
- I have the feeling that graphics have actually gotten a bit more fizzy, a bit less sharp. Not sure why that is.
- V-Sync does work but feels a bit buggy. When exiting Cemu, it gets disabled again. Also it once seemed to get disabled by going from fullscreen to window and back to fullscreen.
- Having issues with the mic blowing. I have it mapped to a button (and nothing else mapped to that button). When I enter a stage where blowing is needed (in Cap. Toad) I see the platforms are always on top as if I was blowing the whole time. To end that I have to enter the input settings. Then the platforms fall down. However, then I cannot blow using my mapped button (or anything). So this seems broken (at least for me) and breaks Cap. Toad for me :/
- One thing some users might not even notice but for me is the greatest plus in this new version (and I'm not even sure @Exzap has worked on this specifically or if it was just something that got better through more accurate emulation): Before I would get a constant tiny stutter every few seconds in MK8 (not shader cache related) which I'm very sensitive to. Well, it seems to be gone. So good job on that :D
I hope, this info helps a bit. Keep it up :)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Cause mk8 takes 2 minutes to load and trying to make it quicker.

Why would it be faster with a wud? If I understood correctly, RPX are the decompressed versions of wuds; so the emu has less work to do using it (if there's any conceivable difference at all).

Whats up guys this is a test of Xenoblade Chronicles X using Cemu 1.5.4 Patron Build.
As you can see when the Characters do show they now look much better.
However this build still has the same vanishing bug as earlier ones.

Specs:
CPU: [email protected]
GPU: AMD R9-280X 3GB GDDR5
Ram: 8GB DDR3

In Wind Waker, there was a spot on that first island when you looked in a certain direction over that bridge the performance would totally break down. That doesn't happen anymore :D

Wow, how do you get such good performance? Or was it also much worse for you in the first level?

Disable Overwrite vertex buffer size

And now MK8 has almost all the effects:

I have to correct these two parts of my report. I do get shadows, just not on all tracks it seems.
And the tiny stutters are actually still there (but only in grand prix it seems and almost not noticible).
