@Exzap Why you don't use 2 cores?
Or 4 for more performance
no. too much cores can decrease performances

The Wii U has a CPU that has 3 cores. It's GPU contains the graphics cores, an audio processor, and a security and IO processor. In theory, CEMU could spread the work among 6 cores. Since the GPU, audio processor, and IO processor likely aren't actually emulated and only the API calls that access them are, it would probably be a waste to give them each there own core so it would realistically only make sense to use up to 4. Having any additional cores won't improve or decrease performance.

That doesn't mean it's necessarily easy to distribute the emulation work though as instructions still have to be read and translated in a series, before they would are sent out to the different cores.

The real problem is how extremely costly synchronising multiple cores is.

That's an understatement if ever there was one.

Watttt the wii u is TRI-CORE?? How is it not exploding?? I though you had to use special code on any application if you dont have an even number of cores ;-;

Does anyone know why I've got low FPS here? (Installed the Latest game Updates)

This is why it's so hard for 3rd party devs to port anything to the Wii U

Well to start @Phil5004 your using the patreon 1.5.3,which doesn't have the bug fixes of the public build. And It depends on the age of your processor and gpu as to why you could be getting slowdown. Also game updates can potentially slow cemu down because it could have trouble with the new code in the updates/files and even crash a game due to that.i noticed that create mode seems to run at half the fps of the regular game for some odd reason. I assume its because it has to load in all the new ui elements. Try running SMM in play mode and see. Also if all else fails disable audio in debug options :P hope this helped :3

Public Build = Patreon build, no changes what so ever.

Don't lie to people. There are changes. A lot of public builds have fixes their patreon counterparts do not. Especially 1.4.2 and 1.5.1 had them. Don't just instantly call me a liar with no real reason to do so.that's not very nice to phish for attention/post likes by calling other people's post's lies instantly.I'm sure you wouldnt like that if i did that to you, now would you?

Anyone know why Super Mario 3D World is flipped upside down when recording with OBS Studio? This doesn't happen with any other game I record.

It looks like your obs is totally screwed up. Even the preview window is Waaayyy darker than it should be. Try wiping the settings for obs or use nvidia shadow play perhaps?

It's not something to do with OBS as it also happens in bandicam. This can happen sometimes when trying to record sm3dw. As for why it happens idk.4

i'm just pointing out facts that 1.5.3 patreon build is exactly the same, there is no changes at all nor bug fixes. If it was changed it would say "New in Public Release". Calling be a liar is BS, you're more like lying considering you said there are "bug fixes"

That guy just doesn't understand cemu is single core and will probably stay that way until Exzap optimizes it. @Fryne don't you find it hilarious that the CEMU community can claim to know so much and still be misinformed?
Single core cpu emulation. OS and GX2 processing is done on other cores, as stated previously.
