Hacking Freeshop downloads not working

So I downloaded ssb4, Kirby planet robobot, and shovel knight from freeshop and they all don't work. When I try and launch the game it goes to a black screen and says "an error has occurred hold down the power button". Other games I have downloaded work fine thought like luigi's mansion, Pokemon mystery dungeon, Mario 3D land.

are you sure you are downloading from the same region?
also, try entering the eshop to cryptofix them

I'm sure that I downloaded them from the same region and I'll try to cryptofix them.

Quick question sorry if I sound like a noob but how do you cryptofix something?

You go the the e-shop page of the game...it apparently automatically downloads/fix the seed for the game and you can play it...

So I went to the eshop page of shovel knight and clicked repair, which I assume is the cryptofix, and still got the same error when I launched it. I've also tried this on the other games and got the same result.

I have just downloaded and ran both of the games in question in USA & EUR region format with no problems my end so I would suggest looking at your setup

are you sure you are downloading from the same region?
also, try entering the eshop to cryptofix them

the region of the game does not matter
also the term cryptofix refers to a game with the minimum fw limit removed and is not achieved through the eshop . . . however i think you meant repairing the software via eshop

@Ibz . . . this may sound silly/unrelated but run a downgrade checker and post the results

also you should post a screenshot of your sd card's root

I'm a luma3DS CFW user with A9HL installed on 11 firmware. And I'm not sure what to look at as I don't know your setup

hmm from everything you have posted i think you are having problems booting into extended memory mode . . . is your luma3ds cfw up to date?

I probably should have said this at the beginning but my friend did all the hacking for me so I don't really know anything.
So if you could like explain how to check these things I would appreciate it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Also in settings when I boot emunand it says I have CFW 11.0.0-33u if that answers your question about luma.

delete that arm9loaderhax.bin and the luma folder.
also, your friend did the shittest job at cleaning up the sd lmao
replace the arm9loadehax.bin and the luma folder with the ones at this zip

So I asked my friend about luma and he said that he never used it because he was lazy and used a generic CFW instead that was made by someone about a year ago.;(
