Help with in game text issue when running out of region dsiware

Was trying to run a US version of a dsiware on a JP console, it started but the text inside weren't in English, not even in Japanese, they were just "no localization" repeatedly.
Any way to fix this? Thanks heaps!

P.S. the disware was installed as cia
