Hacking Pokemon X save file not compatible

Hi guys. I was being reckless and I did following thing:

I copied my entire Nintendo 3ds folder from SD card to the computer and then I copied it back on the SD card. And after that, when I want to play Pokemon X it says that Save file is not compatible with this game version.

Is there anything I can do to restore my save file? For the future tinkering, what is the best way to transfer Cia save files from SD card to the computer and vice versa?

I have installed A9LH.

Export it with JKSM install the latest update and import it again.

Alternatively, if you use SaveDataFiler, simply delete the secure value
