After the petermary17beck outbreak, I was told to repost this after it was over, so I will.

I have a 32 GB Micro SD Card. I used to have 6.1 GB of space, but after formatting with tiny format, I now have 4.3 GB. How can I fix this?

The heck? tiny formatter is only supposed to reformat your 3ds nand ...
Use sdformatter for sdmc stuff.

I wanted to format my Emunand so I could get the format number different from Sysnand, so I used Tinyformat. I know it doesn't delete anything but my apps and such, but I LOST space after the proccess. That is the problem.

It reformats your 3ds nand to factory default and resets your sysnand (or emunand) sd encryption key. And yes it should unlink nands in the process.
Unlike official system format, it won't delete your nnid though.

I know that, but I LOST space. Is there a way I can get that space back? Formatting something shouldn't make you lose space.
I would back up all your sd contents to your PC then do a sd format with the tool I showed you. You might have to back up your emunand with emunand9 tool as well if your using that (I think windows sd format won't delete the emunand partition iirc).

If that doesn't work, go to system settings and delete stuff you don't want I guess.

And 1 more question. How do I use the path changer program for Luma? Do I drag and drop the Luma3DS.dat onto it and then direct the path changer to it? (F:\Luma3DS.dat)?
