Homebrew [WIP] 3DeSmume (DS emulator for 3DS)

Pretty clear you're no dev. And pretty clear you haven't been paying attention to this project either, as it already CAN run commercial roms (a pretty significant chunk of the library no less) just not at very good speeds. They are working on hardware based rendering which should improve this by leaps and bounds.

It should improve it, yes, but "leaps and bounds" is kinda overestimating it, don't expect fullspeed anytime soon.

decent fps on N3DS

WHAT? As long as I know DeSmuME was ported to PSP, Wii, and early Android as well and it ran with no playable speed on any of them and it actually does on N3DS?? That's surprising. So N3DS is actually much more powerful than Wii. I don't have N3DS but still it's very impressive. I really appreciate your work.

No, the N3DS is not more powerful than the Wii. It's just able to emulate the DS better since the architecture is similar.

If the N3DS was more powerful than the Wii that would be pretty impressive, but it's not. For god's sake, we can't even emulate N64 games on it.

N64 is difficult to correctly emulate, even on a PC. Still numerous games that don't run correctly, even in the best emulators.

i would say never ....unless phoenix wright or some 2d games.....but its good dream xDDD

I've been telling people this since the first release, but they keep thinking that. In the future, with some optimizations it may help.

that is your mistake ...not perhaps.....ITS NOT MEANWHILE THE EMULATOR IS FULLY INTERPRETED . So if u want to believe on this emulator, or Santa claus is your problem, but the reallity is the reallity.

But nvm continue with the fun plz...i only want that dev use his effords on some productive for the community because i respect him a lot, no to discuss with people who are totally ignorant about how the emulation works
