Hardware [Question] Black Clip replacement?

Awhile back I was messing with an o3ds of mine and the black clip that holds the ribbon cable snapped off (learned my lesson;they're very fragile)
Could I buy this part online or fix it in a cheap way? Any help would be very appreciated, thanks!

Same thing happened to my Vita, only solution I found was to replace the whole board.

I shoulda been more specific with my words, but it's actually gray (not black >-<) and it's the piece that holds down the ribbon cable for the touch screen

Those latches are not easily fixed, trust me. Board replacement recommended.

Yep, pretty much. Hard to transfer anything over without a second 3ds (assuming the one with the broken latch still works) or the xorpads to your old nand.

Should be, I've used them before to fix 3DSes and PSPs.

These small parts are a huge pain to remove and replace for me, hopefully OP will have better luck.

It's hard to matchup the 4 lines to be exact

I took a look at your repair service, you seem trustable, but what you include in your repairs isn't what I need, I don't need any new system parts, just a plastic clip

well, it would be really hard to replace the plastic clip based on your picture, you'd have to solder a brand new connector to the board to get it fixed, and this is what i'll do, i'm offering to fix your system (not to sell you parts)

Ahh, alright, I was just going off your repair description .-. I'll keep it noted if I can't find any other cheaper way
