I prefer the retroarch cia version of nestopia, b/c .3dsx is slower than .cia. FCUEMM 3ds is laggy and the sound is pretty bad quality.

Use RetroArch's QuickNES
QuickNES is faster than Nesatopia and the others!

Well, you can use Retroarch QuickNES, Nestopia or FCEUMM. Pick any you want.
