Can I follow gateways steps if i am on 10.3? Homebrew launcher works, I think. Would I be able to boot into gateway 3ds?

I still stuck at Wifi config on n3ds even though I go to GW Mode and browsing their website with browser but when I run GWTM it's keep saying Fatal Error : config Wifi blabla and hang. Anyone have the same error with me ?
Now that we have our arm9loaderhax.bin , i'll write an update to page 16.

Dammit the GW payload works like a charm on my test-a9lh 3DS.

You won't be able to boot into Gateway right away. But you're not launching Gateway from there, you're launching Time Machine from there (via HBL) to downgrade to 2.1 (if you're on o3ds). The Change Log does say that you must be on 10.x on O3DS before doing the downgrade.
I do highly recommend that you do not try this before others with hard mods and the same model/region/FW as you come back and say that it works without bricking.

Just one question (its a bit offtopic sorry): I currently have a n3ds xl with 9.0 Sys, 11.0 GW Emu (unlinked). Do I still need to format my Emunand (Part 3 of the a9lh guide) or can I skip to Part 4 (Downgrading to 2.1) directly?

If it says to format (as in create) with Decrypt9, then no (Unless you currently have rednand. Rednand will not work if you want to use Gateway), but formatting with tinyformat is needed to prevent getting stuck on booting 2.1. Either way, backup your current emunand with emunand tool, as well as the whole contents of your SD, just to be safe. When all is said and done, you can go back to using exactly what you have now. If you get stuck on a black screen trying to boot 2.1, rename the Nintendo 3ds folder and try again. You can delete the new one and rename the old one when you're done to get everything back.

OK, I had tried the private BETA 4.0 a little bit this morning. Below is my very-very-personal experience to share (something may be wrong or not so expected in the results because I am totally a noob, please don't blame me for that ):
1. IT IS PERFECTLY COMPATIBLE with payloads from liomajor and Kazuma77. Just overwrite the Launcher.dat with the newer one and everything work.
2. The FC and eSHOP problems are fixed in this release.
3. The newest CTRBootManager9 is PARTIALLY compatible with the accompanied official A9LH payload from GW. Autoboot settings will go to a black screen at last, while the Explorer in the CTRBootManager9 Menu can execute the payload correctly and go to the emuNAND Desktop without a glitch. (The Launcher.dat worked fine with autobooting at last, pls see Updates below)
4. I cannot start it from the Luma3DS, but others reported OK. Maybe my bad fat short fingers hit the wrong combo keys again? The answer is definitely my bad...
5. The booting time seems to be longer and slower than before. However, I did not really calculate it with a watch, maybe my dejavu?
I'll keep trying it out and reporting the new updates...

After tweaking the autoboot settings of CTRBootManager9 for a couple of hours, the Launcher.dat finally could be loaded and autobooted. A good news? Nah, not exactly. Indeed, I have changed nothing inside autoboot settings at all!! OMG it just started to works in some unknown reasons.
So, maybe I am wrong about it at the first place. It is fully COMPATIBLE with CTRBootManager9, and I had said something bad about it...
