Hacking Youtuber downgrades from 11.0 with Oothax.

So some of you might have seen a video by CLAVERIE Xavier on downgrading from 11.0 with Oothax. I know that downgrading from 11.0 is currently impossible, but this raised an eyebrow. I was curious on what you all think because the Youtube channel is not in English. Is this fake (most likely) or did he just get lucky?

replaced FIRM with the one from 10.4 or something, so they can easily use svchax to downgrade from 11.0, since it wasn't really using the 11.0 FIRM.

It allows for an older FIRM to be run, which makes it so the system doesn't know there is a minimum title version, which allows for downgrading

He injected a 10.4 NATIVE_FIRM with a hardmod, making his console on a sort of mix between 11.0 and 10.4. Since NATIVE_FIRM was not 11.0 anymore, he could then downgrade since there were no more checks preventing him from doing so.

I agree with the rest being vague. But it's not possible to downgrade from 11.0 without having a NAND backup from 9.2. You're only able to edit the FIRM.

Yab,why he injected FIRM 10.4 to 11 just to screw with viewers ,no point of doing the whole video only for show off.

You need homebrew (using a game) + hardmod to downgrade from 11.0. The hardmod is to downgrade FIRM, which enables older exploits, after that homebrew can do the rest.

You can do this without a hard mod. It's called updating to 11.0 with sysupdater or any .cia installer without having the new native_firm among the installed .cia files.

And the video didn't state anything about hardmod
Again,we know he used hardmod
But i think it's not "ethical" to make click bait titles.
