Hacking Cheats with rxtools 11.0 emunand?

Hello guys, i wanted to use cheats with super Mario 3d land because i 100% it, and cheats are fun, so i wanted to know if Cheats would work with rxtools on 11.0 emunand.

first replace rxtools with luma3ds as rxtools is awfuly outdated.
then just use ntr. make sure you have the firmware.bin placed correctly

i dont get an error code, i install the cia, but when i go to the home menu, i t doesnt show up
