Hacking sky3ds+ worth it?

It depends on what's important to you.

pros:
super easy. maybe even easier to use than DS flashcarts
should be unblockable for a while, maybe forever.
Can play homebrew titles if 10.7 or less (this gives you cfw options, should you decide to want that)

cons:
can't play eshop games, just unaltered cart roms
need to use homebrew to launch out-of-region games
Have to push a button to cycle through roms, no visual menu.
$80
Can't play homebrew titles on 11.0 (yet).
Need private headers for online play or risk bans.

I see.. already own the sky3ds though.. was just asking if it was worth upgrading to sky3ds+. I have a private header already (: but not tested it in awhile so maybe its banned now? last time I played it was fine.

Just get CFW, it's so much better and also free.

I say it's worth it (new sky3ds+ owner, never had previous versions).
The big thing is it supports new games. Older sky versions have games blocked with releas dates going back to a year ago.
