Buy a chromebook.
Chromium OS sucks and lacks many of the features (like auto-update) and is a bitch install on most hardware.
And there's pretty much no Cloud-based distros out there.

I suggest if you want a "Cloud-Based" distro to try out Peppermint OS or Cub Linux

Chromium OS is great for old computers where you just want simple web browsing and a really smeaxy UI.

well right now, my desktop just died and i want to do greenscreen so for now, ill just install windows on my laptop.
