Hardware Nintendo 3DS Charger problem???

Well, I had today a problem with my 3DS, when lit, flashing much the LED charge my 3ds When lit, but when I close (although this off and move the 3DS) works perfect the LED, is the problem of my 3DS????
Im new... (yeah, say me noob :v )
Oh, i tested the charger with my DSi XL, And DSi, and works perfect!!!!

If you are using a third party charger, it is probably too weak to charge the ds and have it on at the same time (I bought one for like $5 for free shipping a while back, and it had the same problem)

No, the LED stay turned on when is closed, and when i try to open the 3ds, the LED stay turning like a crazy...

So, if you close the lid (sleep mode) it is fine?
But if you open it, it flashes?

@ih8ih8sn0w is right, the charger (or more likely the cable itself) is too crappy!
