You're better off using RetroArch for Windows, it seems. Not many homebrew apps for Wii support DS/DirectInput USB controllers. You might find luck in using Wii U Pro controllers, though, since many have implemented support for those, although I'm not certain whether RetroArch is one of them.

Did retroarch ever even get an update to support motion plus controllers? I haven't messed around with it in forever and a google search just brought me to a gbatemp thread that said it needed to be compiled but had a dead link.

I couldn't tell you right off the top of my head, RetroArch on Wii is just a tiny but too unstable for the likes of me, I haven't messed with RA on Wii in a long time although I still have an old version of it. I do remember, though, that one of the RetroArch developers came to these forums and was PISSED for some reason about the conduct of posters, which caused him to drop support for Wii further than essential core updates, and because of that and what you said about trying to Google it, I'm inclined to take a guess that the answer to your question is unfortunately "no", but I don't know for sure.

I can confirm now that everything works perfectly in RA with a DS3 with every Core! But the Problem is after connecting the DS3 RA recognise this controller as the first Controller. Furthermore the Wii Remote dont Work anymore in Games. So how can i use both Controllers at the same time to enable Multiplayer?
