FIXED: It seems I made a mistake while putting Luma on my SD. I'm dumb.

I was running emuNAND on Reinand in my old3ds before the new update appeared, and I heard from a friend that I needed to update using Luma3DS to avoid an error popping up near the end of said update. I then proceeded using Reinand (I believe it's the latest version), and when I tried to open my physical copy of Smash, this error popped up:

"Unable to find the latest data for super smash bros... please close the game and go to the nintendo eshop to download the latest update data to your sd card"

And then if I press the Home button, it freezes until I press the Power button. I tried deleting the update data and reinstalling, the weirdest thing is that the eShop detects it's there and when I try repairing it, it says that there are no errors. And if try opening it with Luma (on version 5.4.7) it won't let me even open Smash, just a black screen.
All of this also happened to a friend of mine on the same conditions, except his smash copy actually works perfectly with Luma (but not with Reinand).

Can anyone help us?

Edit: I'm using a boot manager

But Luma can't open Smash, it gives me a black screen. Also, wouldn't that only work if I were using arm9loaderhax? (which I am not)

I found that this was the case on my 3ds also, possibly just an emunand issue with ram or something and it cant load in the data? the fact that smash on emunand has to reboot everything made my eye flicker slightly the 1st time.
