I used the U with 2 dots above it in a german post and got a ban for using symbols......
I hope this gains traction.

yeah I had that once since my mii's name right now is "TheRapeGod" and other things like that.......my name ended up suspended even though I did'nt go to miiverse for like 2 months.

Solely because of my reputation, my accounts are getting banned with no admin notifications.
I probably deserve it for posting lewds to a Sonic community, but I don't feel like I deserve it on accounts with completely different Miis where I literally made 2 posts to the Zelda Series community saying 'I like OoT' and stuff.

It's stupid.

I know people got banned for mentioning the time because Nintendo thought that by PM they were talking about a certain Brawl mod, and not, you know, any time during the 12-hour period from noon to midnight.
