My 3ds is currently running a9lh on aurienand and I saw aureinand 5.0, problem is I don't know how to update. Thanks for the help!
Just overwrite the 2 files on the root of your sdcard.
"AuReiNand.dat" and "arm9loaderhax.bin"
Well it wouldn't really be an update if you didn't update it right?Do.you really need the DAT file too?
Since OP is using A9lH, there is no need for the .dat file. Only arm9loaderhax.bin needs to be updated.Well it wouldn't really be an update if you didn't update it right?

dont get fresh with me.
if you read correctly youd see:
you do not need to dat file if using a9lh. so get your facts straight and use your crappy sarcasm elsewhere.
- If using Arm9LoaderHax, unpack the arm9loaderhax.bin to the root of the SD card.
- Else copy AuReiNand.dat and the 3ds folder to the root of the SD card.
Two things.
1. You need to chill. My post has no negative connotations. I don't need your cynicism.
2. You're not the OP, so its generalized to update either or. Besides, last time I saw your name was when you constantly trashed about a9lh success rate with your 'poll statistic'. Seems logical that you may have the non-a9lh version given the context.
People on the internet these days...
Including the patched_firmware_agb.bin? and I won't put anything back? I'm using NTR btwAll of them.
If you're using NTR, keep firmware.bin. You can get rid of everything else.Including the patched_firmware_agb.bin? and I won't put anything back? I'm using NTR btw
Thanks! But after I delete them do I still keep the old functionalities with the other firmware bins? Sorry if noob question. I had just installed a9lh a couple days back.If you're using NTR, keep firmware.bin. You can get rid of everything else.
ARN loads the firmware files directly from the NAND, so you won't loose any AGB_FIRM or TWL_FIRM features. Thanks! But after I delete them do I still keep the old functionalities with the other firmware bins? Sorry if noob question. I had just installed a9lh a couple days back.
Is the firmware.bin in Plailect's guide the one I should use?ARN loads the firmware files directly from the NAND, so you won't loose any AGB_FIRM or TWL_FIRM features.
If you're using NTR, make sure to check the "Use SysNAND FIRM by default" option.
Yep, that's the one.Is the firmware.bin in Plailect's guide the one I should use?
