Your on 10.7 sysnand which means you can't launch decrypt9 or emunand9 normally

You have to launch it as a .bin either by renaming the emunand9.bin to arm9loaderhax.bin or using aureinand built in boot manager by putting it in your payloads folder inside the aurei folder and renaming it default.bin and pressing l+r

So sd/aurei/payloads/default.bin(renamed from emunand9.bin)

I don't get why you needed to shove [HELP] at the start of the title when anyone who can understand enough English to use this site should be able to tell, by how the thread title is worded, that you need help. You're just wasting characters.
im sorry this is so off topic this just annoys the hell out of me

I don't think there is anything wrong with making the title of a thread as clear as possible, even if it means extra words. It's far better than seeing threads that say Wii U Hax 5.5!!! And then you enter and the original poster is just asking if its been released yet.

If you have no emunand and no emunand partition, then why would you have to do anything in emunand9? Just copy-paste everything from the old card to the new card and you're good to go.

Although you might need to format the 64GB card to FAT32 if it isn't already.
