Hacking Cia and 3ds

Hey, i have a .3ds that is a game in like 3 parts . And i wanted to ask if i can like get those 3 parts (.3ds) and convert it to a Cia , ai searched alrdy around the web but didnt really found an answear :L Thx for every reply :^)
