Hacking Need Help with GBA cia on an unlinked emunand and sysnand (cause custom themes)

I need help on installing custom GBA VC games. I have an CFW (rxtools) and I need help on how to do this, I unlinked my sysnand and emunand because I was using menuhax and I wanted to use custom themes. Then I noticed my GBA VC games weren't working, so I looked it up. Apparently they need to be installed on the sysnand and emunand. So I went to my sysnand to install them via H&S FBI and the H&S app is gone. I looked this up and apparently there is a vanilla sysnand and an RX sysnand? How do I boot into the RX one?
