As i said some posts ago, it looks like N3DS have some problem with bigger unique ids (probably they are detected like devkit apps and so it will crash the system).

Whats the point of this? Besides the fact that the 3DS has the worst video quality of all time, it takes quite a bit of effort and space to get the video onto the system. Why not just watch the video on whatever you got it from. And then theres the fact that theres a Youtube app and the N3DS browser can play most videos as well.

It's not much of an issue but I think the LQ option is a bit TOO LQ. It's the only way to make the cia smaller, but the video looks kinda crappy that way.
An option with slightly better video (that would increase the size, but not by much) would be nice.

its a problem with the File Format Pretty much HQ is equivalent to generic MP4 video on the mid quality setting. Pretty much lowering the bitrate to anything that gives any form of significant file size drop will result in Blocky Video.

This will only get worse on darker scenes

like i said before but @OP has ignored me fatal flaw with using substandard file type and the CIA tool

Requires 2-3x+ Free Ram to convert a Movie to CIA
So basically your movie probably converted to a 2.6gb+ JPGV file. unless you had about 8gb+ free Ram it will give you the above error.

Hell i got the Error with 8gb free ram for a 2gb JPGV file

Just converted the first episode of Boku Dake ga Inai Machi as a test, and it worked perfectly. I love being able to make custom transparent banners, as well as adding custom sounds to it. Will there be some optimizations to the .CIA file size though? I got a 600MB file for a 24-minute video.

I'll probably add some other quality values for videos, atm if you want to reduce filesize, you can use the LQ value during encoding.

Do you have an icon.png and a banner.png files in files folder? If so, if you have skype then please add me (rinnegatamante1) cause the problem is (apparently) in bannertool and i'd like to investigate to find a solution.

Have a little problem with a Skype. This is screen of my folder "Files". All files set. And... Program stuck. But on PC of my friend program works, but get error on top screen.
