WAIT!
This is new? I wanted so badly to install the .Cia (Time Warp Cia i think?) from ''that ISO site'' that would unblock my old blocked since firmware v.5.0 R4iSDHC.
Now Im a little confused here because I've read that install or uninstall .cias wasn't possible for consoles with firmware above 9.2
So this Homebrew does that on consoles with newer firmwares (10.3 and older)?

NASA is a CIA Manager based on latest source of Big Red Menu ideated for everyone stucked on fw >= 9.3.
It uses libSu to get access to required services for LEGIT CIAs installation and it has a cool bootrate.

This is for legit cia installation above 9.3, no legit cias will work if you'e above 9.2. However if you're on 9.2 or below, there's a method to unlock flashcards i believe

Ah, thanks for the response.
So this literally does the work that any 3DS FlashCard does? (run backups?)
I think that I'll wait until I can get a big microSD card to install any legit cia :)

A 3ds flashcard (like Sky3ds or Gateway) can run backups of commercial games (all of them), whereas NASA can only install Legit CIA (the games that came pre-bundled with the console), there are at best 8 or 9 legit CIA games on USA. There are more for EUR consoles. So they're similar but not the same. This method can get you only the mentioned CIA games, a 3ds flashcard will get you any commercially available game

hey there,

n3ds running 10.3 u, menuhax,ironhax,oot3dshax

Wait at least 1 minute between attempts, don't get obsessed with trying. If it doesn't work. Go do something else, and come back later, otherwise you will only be frustrated and will waste a lot of time. This happens to some people, some others run it wit less tries. Also try running ftpbrony first, that sometimes seems to help

Sounds good, I'll give more time between attempts, have tried brony as well. But thanks for the tips. I'll try it out

Net Installer is finished and working (if someone wants to work to a GUI with a chain installer also, here there is sourcecode: https://github.com/Rinnegatamante/Houston ), added also some other features. Next version will be also compatible with fw <= 9.2 (due to memchunkhax1).

I'm having a weird case... It installed one CIA fine, and the rest said they were installing, but only one of them actually shows up on my home screen... Anything?

Are all the cia you're installing from your region? do you have enough space?

How would this work for games that need to be updated? Is there a way to update the game through FBI/Nasa or would you need access to the eshop

Just update them through the eshop like you would with any other game.

"DISCLAIMER: NASA boots on IMPORTED CONTENTS first so DON'T DELETE NAND TITLES IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT ARE YOU DOING. YOU CAN HARDBRICK YOUR CONSOLE IF YOU DELETE ESSENTIAL NAND CONTENTS!!!!"

This is a really stupid decision man. So many noobs are going to get their consoles bricked, and there's also the possibility of non-noobs accidentally pressing something when they are doing all the work drunk at 3am... Talking from personal experience.

It has been changed. In next version it will start in filebrowser mode.
I just need to check some minor things cause v.1.1 is already finished.

Changelog will be:
- Added memchunkhax1 for firmware 9.2 or lower support.
- Added CIA and 3DS versions of the homebrew.
- Added Network Installation feature and Houston basic sender.
- Now Confirmation screens are more detailed.
- Now NASA will boot in Filebrowser Mode.
- Added NAND contents installation feature (Use R button to switch between SDMC and NAND).
- Now importing speed will be showed during importing phase.
- Added missing homebrews to title parser.

3.can I install DLC with this?
4.can it brick my 3ds?
5.can you give us a tutorial?
6.why is 3ds homebrew so awesome?

Thank you! I'm a noob when it comes to 3ds homebrew. Kind of sad I can't install the stages in Sm4sh. I'm glad it isn't permanently on my 3ds and its in the SD card. Great to know it wont brick my 3ds. and I found a pretty neat guide https://www.reddit.com/r/3dshacks/comments/40q5wr/tutorial_how_to_install_legit_cias_on_regular_103/
