you have to enable it in advanced settings it works fine for me in all directions on switch
The 'issue' I had is pressing up on the right stick enters first person view and forces link to stop instead of just moving the camera. Pressing down on the right stick zooms out of first-person mode rather than just moving the camera.

You didn't choose the correct ISO or RVZ.
yes that is true i downloaded the port from a well known site for getting switch games that starts with a z anyways it came with a russian iso and an english rvz so i am using the english rvz at a later time i might try my iso i already had for dolphin but i have to connect my external hd to retrieve it and right now im being kinda lazy but thank you for the info

Anyone know if any further updates are planned to keep in line with the PC version or is this just a 'boom, I did it' kinda port?

i hate to be that guy, but for update 1.4 it claims up to 4x performance on cpu bottlenecked devices, can you somehow do exactly what you did here but for version 1.4? im hoping that means a stable 60fps

I downloaded the new build for switch yesterday and there is a performance gain. 60fps~ at 540p with cpu@918 gpu@614 ram@1600.

I still not able to find where is the button mapping option.
