3. Run game then open the NTR menu (default hot keys are X + Y)
4. Select cheats.

So I noticed this post that allows you to enter ARCodes through the debugger. Thing is, unless I'm misunderstanding it, you can only enter one line of a cheat code. So how do I make this work? Would I have to manually send each line one by one through the debugger, or is there something I'm missing?

They automatically load when you run the game with the matching titleid, the screen will flash green when you start the game.

So where is a cheat file meant to be placed and what does it need to be called?

Needs to be place in sd root/plugin/GAMEID/cheat.plg
Obviously replace GAMEID with the actual game id... for eg: 000400000011C500

Shouldn't have to remove it no. There is no cheat "menu" with NTR last i checked though. They're either automatic or triggered by button combo's depending on how the plugin was made to work.
