rxTools on 9.5 emuNAND on a n3ds @ 9.2 sysNAND. I've the plugins saved to sd:/plugin/titleid/plugin.plg or cheat.plg, but they simply don't appear in the NTR menu. It's really quite odd.
NTR definitely works and boots properly. I can even run the debugger, though I'm having some trouble sending AR Codes via the debugger application on the computer.
Does NTR 3.2 still offer clean mode? I don't see it in the X+Y menu, and unfortunately I can't seem to boot an older version.
Perhaps the plugin is for the old "button press" format, these won't show up in the NTR menu, in fact they won't work at all. If that's the case, the plugin creator needs to compile it for the new format.
I saw something in the Spanish site that indicated the plugin could be edited with Notepad++, perhaps you should try that.
ive gotten the Fire Emblem Awakening cheat plugin to work and that uses the button toggles method instead of the cheat menu. latest BootNTR installed. perhaps some plugins are just too outdated and don't work on the newest version and that's not defined by toggle button cheat plugins?
the spanish website for cheat plugins has links to tools used to make it. as for a tutorial that is lost somewhere.

I too would like to know as the whole thing just crashes as it tries to dump and fail
One more vote here for 10.3 EmuNAND support on N3DS.

I did a test with ReiNAND and RxTools, used sysUpdater to downgrade from 10.3 back to 9.5 emunand, NTR doesn't work with ReiNAND even on 9.5, but it works fine with rxTools on 9.5, guess it has to be patched for reiNand
Agreed, but i was saying with the new reiNAND that supports 10.3, that on 9.5 it gives an address error
