For some reason I was able to install FBI.cia onto EMUNAND 10.3 via HBL and NASA app https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-nasa-cia-manager-for-fw-9-3.409806/

Will test the FBI further to see whether it fully works. Just want to report in case someone can better test. This would solve a lot of problem getting CIA installer on EMUNAND.

FBI works very good on emunand for both games and updates/dlc I can say at least for myself.

Ok, not really. But, does anyone with experience in emuNands know if I could restore to a emuNand backup with 9.5 after updating to 10.3 with ReiNAND?

Sure, just use N1ghty's emuNAND tool on Windows, or d0k3's Emutool9 on the 3DS.

Good! Thanks, I know those tools, but I thought there could be some problem by the "downgrade". But it essentially rewrites the full emuNAND with the backup so there's not really a "downgrade", right?

As far as I know, yeah. It'll entirely overwrite the emuNAND partition.

Holy crap nice, this actually worked but my only gripe is that when you go to use the e-shop or enter into the badge arcade, I get an error 022-2634. Any ideas what this error is???

That happens if you unlinked NANDS by formatting Sysnand (where you had your NNID linked).

Online play for most games work alright because they don't access to your NNID. Apps that access NNID will have that error code. I think there was a tutorial for fixing that... Let me search.

- Backup emunand, backup its folder in sdmc:/Nintendo 3DS/ (or simply cut/paste it elsewhere on the card, faster.)
- In system settings on emunand, do a system format which will unlink the NNID
- In newly formatted emunand, go to NNID settings and link your NNID
- Restore emunand backup, and put its folder back in its place in sdmc:/Nintendo 3DS/
