You've probably had to answer this a billion times, I apologize: are there any plans on bringing this to old 3DSes aswell?

hopefully, yea.Regarding the 9.6+ support for emunand, is it reasonable to expect the source to be on github today?
I was working on a branch for that as well. You've probably had to answer this a billion times, I apologize: are there any plans on bringing this to old 3DSes aswell?

So I'm asuming certain comments in this tweet will help usmight release this sometime tomorrow if i get up at a decent hour

Gotta ask, what benefit would ReiNand give you over CakesFW or RxTools that already give O3DS everything this does and more? You've probably had to answer this a billion times, I apologize: are there any plans on bringing this to old 3DSes aswell?

Though there is the fact that ReiNand is furiously easy to set up, that is pretty appealing.

Agreed there, I looked at an RxTools tutorial and was totally surprised at how much work it was to set up compared to the two-minute job that ReiNand is.It'd bring a CFW that's simple and stable to the table (that's not to say Cakes or Rx aren't stable. But in terms of simplicity, both in ease of use, and installation, Rei beats RxTools hands down in my opinion). That's pretty much why I use it on my N3DS. If I need the extra dumping carts to .3ds stuff (or backing up emuNAND and all that) I just use Decrypt9 or the Gateway launcher. Keep your tools separate from your CFW, I say.
Omg yes. It was SUCH a pain to figure out how to set up rxTools on my N3DS. Granted once I figured out how it was fairly easy, if a bit longer than Reinand. That's the main reason why when I set up my cousin's N3DS, had him do Reinand instead of rxTools.Agreed there, I looked at an RxTools tutorial and was totally surprised at how much work it was to set up compared to the two-minute job that ReiNand is.

Using Menuhax (set to load with no buttons pressed) and the Brahma2loader version of ReiNand.3dsx, yep.So, I'm certain I missed it, and I'm sorry for asking... But, can reinand be auto booted in to emunand?
Yes, just set it up with CTRBootManager. Have it set to find the dat file in root of SD card like for rxtools or cakes. So, I'm certain I missed it, and I'm sorry for asking... But, can reinand be auto booted in to emunand?

I find it convenient to just put the ReiNand.3dsx on the SD root and rename it "boot.3dsx" after menuhax is set up, then set up the payload to yls8's homebrew launcher CIA so it targets "menu.3dsx" (this is easy in a hex editor) and use that for the HBLauncher 3dsx file.Yes, just set it up with CTRBootManager. What do you mean?Aside from emuNAND 9.6 and higher, one other thing I'd like to see in ReiNAND is support for the 174MB memory mode on N3DS, if it even works on retail units. Supposedly the guys in #3dsdev have it working with their CFWs, and it'd be nice to have the extra memory in emulators like RetroArch. Currently when you try to boot a homebrew app that makes use of the 174MB mode it just crashes with the generic "An error has occurred." screen.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the normal amount of memory that the system has?Similar to how the O3DS can boot into an 80/96 MB memory mode for Smash/MH4U, the New 3DS can boot into a mode which gives the currently running app/game up to 174MB of RAM to play with.
