So I unlinked my emuNAND and sysNAND by formatting my sysNAND, and when I went into emuNAND I couldn't find any of my eshop games even though I backed up my SD card beforehand. How do I get them back?

I know they're stored in my SD card because I've backed it up before, but now I can't access them at all since I formatted my sysNAND.
same here. I tried moving a few folders of mt games around between sysnand and emunand, but the games didn't show up. I'm guessing there is a specific way to get them back. I'm not terribly concerned though since I have other means of reinstalling them with FBI now.
As far as saves go, I am planning on using savedatafiler to restore my saves from my original sd backup.

Why not just download them again from e-shop? As long as your savedata is backed up you should be fine.
How do you do that? Sorry for the questions, I just recently downgraded to 9.2 and I'm trying to figure all this hacking stuff out.

How do I spoof the eshop in emuNAND though? I know you can update, but aren't Nintendo servers down right now?

Also, I tried downloading DLC for Smash last night and for some reason it didn't work. I installed both the cia update and the Cloud DLC pack and an error message appeared when I launched Smash, telling me to shut my 3DS off.
I can't get on the eshop and haven't experimented with spoofing yet to do so. Installing CIA's is much easier for me than just redownloading everything. We still don't know what all Nintendo did during their maintenance so I would suggest steering clear of connecting to their services for now (just my opinion). Savedatafiler is ann app I heard of, that can be used to easily move save files around. I have not used it yet, so I can't really provide much info, but hopefully someone reading this will be able to give us both some insight.
I definitely agree. Right now I'm installing Kingdom Hearts to my 3DS so I'm hoping it'll work. I can wait until it's okay to use Nintendo servers again. I just don't want to lose any of my digital games.

I'm sure people are using ninty's servers as we speak, there's no new update as has been declared hours ago.
Kingdom Hearts was the first game I installed as well! I can't live without it lol
It's so much fun! I'm using it to keep me occupied until Hyrule Warriors Legends releases next week.
