Emulator FCE Ultra GX Famicom Disk System Bios not being recognized.

Updated FCE Ultra GX to the latest version 4.0.0 on Open Shop Channel and for some reason my Disk System games just show a grey screen which means the bios is no longer being detected, It was working fine on my previous FCE version. Does anyone know if the path for the bios has been changed? maybe I need to rename disksys.rom to something else? any one have a clue on whats going on?
