I'm just hoping for Gamecube Adapter support for more games/the Home Menu once things get cracked open a little wider. I know it is possible on older firmwares, but at 5.5.0 I'm a bit stuck for now :/

Perhaps pre-installed games, like on 3DS.

Luckily for us, there are bundles with good games like Smash and Splatoon...

Pre-installed games DO exist, though no one knows if they's work as "legit wuds"

I'd bet.

Installing firmware updates/legit wuds (should they exist) likely won't be userland, though. It took escalated privileges to downgrade/install legit CIAs on 3DS too.

yes, but... i think something like memchunhax2 (or something similiar) would be doingable after devs learn to use the f ull userland power.

I'm aware that the pre-installed games exist, but to the best of my knowledge (someone correct me if I'm wrong) they aren't "legit" in the way that they are on the 3DS. Even if they were "legit", access to the kernel would still be required for installation and dumping of said games and since the system that ships with the games pre-installed is on a non-exploitable firmware dumping them isn't even possible at this point.

So, instead of adding the DNS to my Internet Connection, I instead deleted it.
Is there anyway to regain my Internet and set up a DNS without the Wii U's auto-updates?

The exploits usable or no are out now. The devs can finally start doing their magic. Well done and well played everybody. So homebrew apps and loadiine is in the near future. Can't wait.

I'm on 5.4.0 and I deleted all the WiFi settings and unplugged my wiiu from the Internet completely. Now I'll just wait
