Does anyone know a way to get the GameID6 from eshop dumps or any other rips that dont have a meta folder. I have got some from here http://www.gametdb.com/WiiU/List but they dont have all the ones i need. i mostly just need the Virtual Console ones i have like 75 Virtual Console games. any help would be really cool.

You can search for the title name on gametdb.
I only added the product/company for the ones I could confirm in a meta.xml, feel free to fill in the rest.

Yea i already searched the title names on gametdb i even downloaded the wiiutdb txt file also from gametdb wich has a lot of GameID6 but im still missing a lot. Is there another website that has them ive already googled it for like two hours with no luck seems the virtual console ID6 are hard to find.

Maybe pay for the game? :)

I've also been scraping UPC barcode and library registration DBs for disk titles.
It doesn't help that games get a new product_code and/or title_ID when they're updated.
I have quite a few more "probably ok" titles, but I won't add them until I can confirm they are correct.

Hi guys, i format my SD card wo 64k cluster and Bayonetta 2 works very good now, just a little audio lag that i could perceive in the videos but it runs pretty well in gameplay. I hope when we get USB access with IOSU exploit it could run better, thanks for your help :)

you probably noticed that the current loadiine GUI background is half-bottom hidden by the game selection circle.
It's an issue with some games like Mario Maker, or Mario kart 8.

Here is a mockup for an alternative GUI 2D design.
It displays the bg picture in a frame (the BG also use it but as an ambi-light mode)
How do you like it? maybe it could be a user option : BG picture "full or frame"

I like that option cyan, it does look good to see the whole picture and cleans the icon carousel. I also like the addition of the title of the game beneath!

Will the grid on bottom be customizable in anyway?

This alternative is better. It keeps the general layout cleaner and shows the whole game art. And the game name was a nice touch too. Thanx so much for all your effort!

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I forgot to ask: what will be showing in the tv screen? The same layout or will it be something different (like game information or something else)? Thanks!

Hi, I would like to know about the risks involving Loadiine the WiiU.

Question 1: If I install Loadiine on a 5.3.2 and I spoof to the Online FW version, what will happen if I:
a) Play online with my disc game. (Will they ban me for spoofing?)
b) Play online with a backup taken from my disc game.
c) Play online with a backup taken from someone else (I don't know how to dump games)
d) Play online with a backup taken from my disc game and I lend my disc to a friend.

Question 3: What if I do those things and do not play online?

Question 3: What if I do all those things with the new Loadiine coming with that Hykem's exploit (permanent Homebrew Channel?)

Thanks!!!

You can't play online since your games run under the Smash Title ID or Mii Maker Title ID

game info, cover in 3D, disc label. (something like that, it will looks like the USBLoaderGX game info window 1 2 )
we have the idea, we need to code it. the mockup we did has both game info and game description on the same page, but it's maybe too clustered.
We have a mockup to work with, but it's an english mockup. We will have to think about other languages too. (string can be longer, game description can take few pages, etc.)

1a) you can play online with the disc. That's the purpose of the spoof.
Nobody has been banned for that.
Though, you can be banned if you use cheats online ! don't cheat online. just don't ruin other people experience.

1bcd) loadiine currently not compatible with online.

2) no issue, you can play offline, with or without the disc, you can lend it or borrow it and play at the same time. Disc doesn't have a private key.

3)
CrystalBallFortuneTellerSmileyMagic.gif

sorry, crystal ball is broken.
I can only see that there's no "new loadiine" coming with online feature.
the new loadiine coming is the one with a GUI (and maybe TCPGecko).

IOS hack will not magically allow everything at release date.
it will need developers to do things, work on it and release them. it can take time to test, debug, get banned, etc.

Sorry If it's been asked. Would the screens (tv and gamepad) display the same screen? I like this mockup as well as the 3d cover mockup that was shown. Would it be possible to use these 2 mockups together? Like simaltainiously ( 3d mockup on tv screen and the gamepad for the other) also screens being changeable

Answer is .... one post above yours :P

Circle design will be "game selection < swappable> game info" display.
Maybe other designs will be different (like mirrored display), I don't know.

we have decided (well, mostly me :P) that we won't mix "game selectors" on different screen, because control will be too hard.
game grid + flow
game grid + circle
these mix are not possible due to game selection with d-pad, you wouldn't know if you are controlling TV or gamepad.

for users providing new design, they should mockup both displays, not only one.
if you provide a design, explain how TV and gamepad are working together.

We haven't decided if all design will use the same game info, or if a design can be a complete dual-display idea.

Oh, and the settings will not be tied to a specific design, but a main loader's design we choose, not related to currently selected design.
I think mimicking the WiiU setting menu is a good idea.

edit:
TV mockup
Setting mockup
these are not definitive, only ideas.

for example, current mockup will have size issues (language, or different options like "req. accessories : " will not fit the screen with more accessories.
publisher name will not fit either etc. so it's only an idea, not definitive.
I think the usbgx version is not so bad.
the disc cover could be "inside" the box cover and the visible when opening it?

My bad. I should read more sorry. I like the system settings idea. But with the d-pad I would say use that for tv screen and just touch for the gamepad. That way we could use 2 different layouts at the same time (best of both worlds "grid+flow" or grid+circle) when selecting on the gamepad it would also pull up the same on the tv just in a different view. obviously just my personal opinion though

keep in mind that some people only use the gamepad and have no TV. Then it would be really confusing when you can't use the dpad. The gui should be usable just with the gamepad. In my opinion one screen is for the game selection, the other gives extra information (swappable of course)

I see. But they would still have touch screen tbh I can't see it being too confusing. But I no what a lot of end user are like. I guess it's just down to everyone's personal preference and what they get used too.

I have a question about SD-Card using. Which SD-Card is recommended for loadline and games for best compatibility and performance? Class4, Class10, ExtremePro?
