Haha, It happens to me too in the game notes :D I think it's because of a patching bug, so it tries to do something with the SysNAND's clock, so it freaks out a bit. Idk really, it's just speculation. But don't worry, it's just a funny side-effect of running an EmuNAND, nothing is harmed :D It only has positive "side-effects", it makes me laugh :D

I don't understand how a clock can flip or trip. Need better description.

Are you just saying time changes between emu and sys nand? That's normal since the nands are running seperately and independently.

Just guessing maybe its memory corruption from rxtools or some other homebrew you're running. This isn't happening in sysnand, right?
If sysnand, it could be a hardware issue.

It's an EmuNAND-only issue, and only happens to me in the "Game Notes" applet, which is really weird

Just use a different rxtools version (or cakes) and see if that fixes it.

It's a semi-permanent bug: It only happens only on EmuNAND, but no matter what, it happens every time, but only in the "Game Notes" applet.
rxTools 2.6/3.0/nightlies, happens every time.

But with nightly rxTools builds it seems the problem is gone :P The notifications crash bug is fixed too :O

You haven't been modifying system titles on emunand, have you? The only other solution I could think of is to start a new emunand and see if that helps.

No, I haven't :P Only rxTools' patches are applied, I edited nothing else.

It only happened on 10.x, which is strange. To be more precise, the 10.1 update introduced this bug, and was present until I updated to rxTools nightlies.

Edit: It's rxTools.dat's fault! :O :rofl2:
If I'm launching rxTools nightly code.bin with HomemenuHax&CtrBootManager combo, it doesn't happen.
If I'm launching rxTools nightly with rxTools 3.0's rxTools.dat via 9.2 MSET, it reinstalls the data suite, and the clock spazzes out in the "Game Notes" applet.
Also, the data suite generated by rxTools.dat is not compatible with rxTools/code.bin's data suite, so it's recreated if you switch between launch methods. :teach:

Edit2: Also, rxTools.dat changes the version to RX3D, while the code.bin version changes the version to RX-E... Weiiiiiird
