I have no idea sorry, I've never used it :-( It is probably self-explanatory though, I can't seem to find a tutorial.

download it and install to emunand or sysnand.

I have only 5 options to extract save files from in savedatafiler and I have more games then that and I cant find pokemon x number from the 5 options I get in the program for extraction

Wow a full database with all the infos for every game now is a shit....just because you're not able to use it...
In savedatafiler look for something like containing "55D"

yeah already did that and fixed everything I had a problem with Microsoft edge browser he is even shitter then explorer lol..
