According to Wiki it's November 10 but there's no one who has claimed they've seen it in stores yet. If we're lucky the translation is basked off the old SDK that doesn't have AP

It was released on the EUR eshop yesterday - retail release today.

There's a joke here relating to the Nintendo PlayStation Prototype, but I'm too lazy to come up with it.

As for the freeze, it could be corrupted. I can't really say as I don't have that game nor a Sky3DS, but it's never a bad idea to check.

EUR, and it's not the scene release.

If your firmware is above 9.4 then Sky is your only option.

Sites I've found so far all seem to have .cia,which if I've got this right don't work on sky is that correct ?

You can't ask for warez here - it's against the rules.
But to answer your question; you can only run unmodified .3ds roms on Sky3ds.

Ok so Stella Glow USA has AP. JAP version doesn't have it so you could translate it with hans.

Style Boutique, Stella Glow and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon all have AP.

Sky 3DS had a good run.
