Hacking New Wii U with 5.3.2 What Should I do Next?

Hello all,

I just purchased a Wii U from my local Best Buy store and was lucky enough to get one with firmware 5.3.2 on it. I was wondering what would the best steps to take in order to prevent updates and keep it on the same firmware; also how would I go about loading backups on the Wii U if possible? Or playing Wii games? Any help would be really appreciated.

Sorry for such noob questions I`m new to the scene and I have no clue on how to proceeed.

Both are excellent guides and should be followed.

you will be able to hack both, vwii and wii U, you need to check out the several sticky posts for wii U, of course right now the most important thing to know is how to stay on 5.3.2, you need to use tubehax dns in order to use wii U "homebrew"

Is there any way to apply an update to a game that came preinstalled? I ask since I`m using tubehax and I obviously can`t access the eshop.

Look up both WUP-Installer and NNU-Patcher, with both applied you will be able to access eShop
