Hacking Getting updates for out of region games?

Hey guys, I'm still relativity new to 3DS stuff and just wanted to know if there is a way to download updates for games and pop them into a .cia for installing on 3DS.

Example: I have Yo-Kai watch USA cart and it wants an update on my EUR 3DS, game works fine but obviously update fails, I want to download the update and install on my EU 3ds.

So basically, is there anything like NUS down-loader for 3DS that i can rip updates from?

Ihave that problem too ,I am playing digimon re jap game and medabots and i try to download the update and it failed. Do I have to download the update from that iso site? I use gateway.

I believe you can get the updates from some website and install them with whatever cia installer you usually use.
