Hacking PSV 3.52 how to install ark/vhbl without basegame

I have a psv slim OFW 3.52
but I don't have a basegame to install ark with
PSN closed online purchase via PC and cant purchase by psv since needed to upgrade to 3.55
plz help

You need to use a PS3 to download and transfer the game to your Vita.

Normally, you have to update your Vita to connect it to a PS3, but you can avoid this.
Download the game to your PS3, connect your Vita to your PC with CMA installed, unplug the USB cable but don't close the error message, then plug it into your PS3 and close the error. You should be able to then select PS3 from the CMA menu, and transfer the game.

when I go to this step :
4) Now we are going to write a new e-mail with the '#0'-file as attachment and the path we want the file to be installed to as Subject:

ux0spemu/PSP/GAME/GameID/PBOOT.PBP

I got an error when I open the email at vita, the error is C1-2738-0

i replaced ark with onemenu v2 it has a gui so its super easy to use, if you do just extract the onemenu v2 files into the ARK_01234 folder on the pc and refresh your Qcma database then copy the folder to the vita
