There's the problem. I have no idea how to build a CIA. Would somebody mind posting a pre-built version?

EDIT: Disregard this. The site didn't show me the posts where it was uploaded. Thank you very much for the updated version!

There's not much you need to change in vJoyConfig. Leave everything at defaults except changing buttons to 16.
It seems pretty simple to me though, are you talking about something else?

If it was really that simple, I must have over thought it. Thanks for the information. I'd like to know though, how do I use the 3ds controller with vJoy rather than having it register keyboard buttons? When I have it set with vJoy, will x360ce be straight forward, or will I have to search for information on that too? Thanks again.

Set your ini to have:
A: JOY1
B: JOY2
X: JOY3
and etc.
After that, all the buttons will work as Joystick buttons.
x360ce is fairly straightforward once you figure it out? You have to put it's .exe in the same folder as the game you want to configure, then run it to set up your controller just for that game.

Would somebody help me get the circle pad working as up, down, left, and right?
I have vjoy installed, and I have the number of buttons set to 16.
Which version are you running? If 0.6 then you can't though I think there's a program called xpadder that can translate it?
If my 0.7 that I linked a little way back, set CIRCLE PAD: KEYS and set the Pad Left: and etc. provided in the new .ini

I for the life of me cannot get ZL and ZR to work :/
Did you set your buttons to 16? Did you try the 0.7 version from Poke? I'm on 0.6 and use default settings except having the buttons set to 16 in vJoy. ZL and ZR work fine for me.

Yes I have my buttons set to 16 and what 0.7 version?

So, I just got Sonic lost world, for steam, and I thought I'd be able to use my 3DS as a controller, as usual. But it seems like the only working control is the circlepad. I 'm assuming that comes under Vjoy, and not keyboard, for the fact that If I try inputting keybinds from the 3DS, nothing happens.
Is there any way to have my 3DS fully control over the game?

If you want a cia, grab the one at the top of this page. Older cias didn't do the n3ds things.
Could you add an option for the touch to function like a proper joystick (return to neutral position) as when I set it as a joystick it keeps staying in the last pressed position

Thanks! That helped a bunch. I'm running 0.7. I'm messing around with configurations on xb360, the ini, and my game, because although the controls work in game now, they wont change action. xD
But hey, at least it's a start.
