I have themehax installed. I was reluctant to update, but I finally did after a bit. Every time I load up my 3DS, I get a black screen. At first, I thought my console was done for, but if I hold the power button for a moment and let go, it takes me to the "software closed" menu. I can't go to the home menu, however. I can also boot up my console using L, R, A, and up on the D-Pad to reach the update screen from boot, but the console is already up-to-date, of course.
